Our delivery time is 7-15 working days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and potential customs delays.
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. If you place an order before 5:00 PM, we’ll begin processing it within 2 working days.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and countries of the European Union with free shipping. Please stay tuned as we expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Shipping is free on all orders.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. To start the return process, please contact our customer service team here.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. In cases of defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we aim to process refunds within 5 business days. The refunded amount will be issued to the original payment method.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
